Helpppppppppppp!!!!!

    Hi Everyone, I need some help..i had 14 pieces of dim sum for lunch today..all steamed as follows:

    4 pieces with shrimp
    3 with veggies
    4 with pork and one very small scallop
    3 with chicken and veggies

    How many points should I count this as??? I have no idea.

    Dim Sum (dumpings), 1 ball (65 cal/2 g fat/5 g carbs) 1.5 pts

    So 14 would be 21 pts!
