I stink at long term goals. So I'm going to take this a day at a time. Anyone else want to join on a daily goal??
My goal for Monday is:
64 OZ of water.
Induction
the dreaded "E" word (exercise).
I realised there's really not a GOOD day for me to quit drinking soda. I can find every reason in the book that I have to KEEP drinking it. Girl Scout meeting, band concert, etc. There's always SOME reason I don't want to have the headache it'll bring. When the 3 bottles are gone in the fridge THAT IS IT!! So that's another goal. To be soda-free!!!
My goal for tomorrow will probably be the same..but I want to see if these day-to-day goals help me.
