  • Quote: I did 20 min of excercise today. My plan is to get 10k steps in even though we have a snow day and I'm not going to work. I would also like to cook homemade soup for dinner and only eat ONE serving of the chocolate my husband bought me. At least 60oz of WATER. So far I'm at 30oz. I don't do as well with mini meals and plans when I'm not having a structured day at work.

    I cooked, but it turned out lousy so I didn't eat it (just a waste of calories). I did get all the water in. I didn't do well with food, but I did well with calories.

    B: Luna Bar and 1 serving of chocolate
    S: Watermelon
    L: Can of Field Peas
    S: Orange
    D: Luna Bar (I just didn't feel like eating or cooking today)
    S: Ice cream sandwhich (I'm terrible)

    Calories: 1200
    Nutrients: Not bad with 2 Luna Bars to save me, but very processed.
    Excercise: 8,100 Steps plus 20 min of toning excercises and 20 crunches.
    Water: 64oz
