I have been having heart palpitations, and I think they may be from stress. I have eliminated caffine from my diet, and I have also cut down my smoking to only 4 cigarettes a day (I am quitting)...so I am left to believe that they may be from stress. Another reason I have that belief is because the more I think about them, the worse they get! Sooooo, I need to de-stress, and I can't think of a way to do that! I have anxiety, and I am busy, busy, busy with my 2 kids all day. Anyone have any tips/idea for me?
OH, BTW: I have seen a doc, and she did an EKG on me, which came back fine. She also had me wear a Halter Monitor for 24 hourse, and I am awaiting the results for that!
