I started the SBD about 4 weeks ago. I lost 9 pounds in the first 7 days and felt awesome and really motivated. I was happy that I found something that was so easy and where I could actually eat and not be hungry. I decided to stay on the diet for an additional week to help lose more weight. I've slipped for about the last 7 days. Does anyone have any ideas to get back on track but have more variety? I need help!!! I need to lose 15 more pounds!
