  • The other target threads are great, but I dont measure my exercise etc
    so my goal is to lose 4 lbs for the end of Feb.
    Keeping up with drinking loads water etc.
    anyone with me?

  • I agree with everyone...keep my water up (and increase a bit maybe?), get in 1500 minutes of exercise, keep on food plan at least 5 days a week (hopefully more *smile*).

    I want to lose 5 pounds *crossing fingers*
    And the big one...I want to be able to run for 14 minutes straight (slowly at 4.0 mph but still running)....I've worked up to an avg of 9 or 10 now so I'm hoping I can do it....it will be close.
    OH OH OH...you know what...I know I really want to lose 5 pounds but If I don't...that's fine but I want to be in the 140s and not come back into these darn 150s again!!! That a big one...I've been in the 140s 3Xs in the last 2 months and always pushed my way back up...not again!!

  • i will be happy with any weight loss - 3kg would be great More importantly I want to be able to spring out of bed in the morning instead of dragging myself out of bed and being late for work because I was so tired. That would be great.

    Goals for this month other than 1000 mins of exercise is to drink 1.8lt of water per day and not eat after 8.00pm at night.

  • Hi everyone! (first posting in this forum )
    My goals for this month are to lose 6-8 lbs, do at least 680 minutes of intense cardio and 1320 minutes of dancing (I swing dance at least 3 nights a week), drink a full 8 8oz glasses of water, and keep from snacking after dinner.

  • Goals for the month, hmmmm.

    1. Try to eat right with out counting calories, it's just a mental thing, but it's harder than I thought it'd be.
    2. Work out more regularly, or just regularly at all.
    3. Try to stop saying mean things to myself, it doesn't help!
    4. And 155 pounds by 2/28!

    I've been at a stand still since Finals started in December, and it's just time to stop making excuses!!!
  • Goals for the month...I am going for one nutrient goal, one behavior, and one exercise and will attempt to build on them each week.

    Week #1: Eat 100g protein each day, no snacking at work (unless I pack it), running 5 days per week *RESULTS: No snacks 5/5days, 5/7 days running, 6/7 days protein goal*
    Week #2: Eat 25g fiber each day, no eating past 9pm, Pilates/Yoga 5 days per week *RESULTS: Fiber 7/7days, no eating past 9 7/7days, pilates&yoga 6x/week, 100g protein 7/7days, no snacks at work 4/5days, 5 days running/week*
    Week #3: Eat 5 servings fruits&veggies/day, strength train 6 times at least 20 min session (abs, UB, LB), write down one positive thing about myself in journal/day * RESULTS: Fruits/veggies 6/7days, strength training 6times, journal 1/7 days,
    Week #4: Eat less than 200g carbs/day, stretching everyday, no using computer before working out
  • i think mine would be running 30 minutes on the treadmill, whatever speed. i have an 8k to run the first weekend of april, and i need to start running on the treadmill again, and not as much elliptical.

    I would love to reduce my carbs, and drink more water. I would love to be at 135 at the end of this month. Beach season approaches!!

  • the weight has been coming off slow but i am making my non-weight related goals pretty regularly.
