Labor Day Challenge - 7 weeks left

  • So how is everyone progressing on their Labor Day goals? With seven weeks left, there's plenty of time to focus (or refocus) if necessary.

    After a few days slump, I'm back in the saddle again. I have been journalling all along. Even when I ate way over points, having to write it all down made me eat less than I could (and would) have. And I'm varying the number of points that I eat every day. So, I'm making progress little by little.

    Journalling also helps me accomplish my food goals. At every meal, I try to check off some of the milk, fruit/vegetable and/or water boxes.
