I'm trying NS for a month; doing the weekends-off program purchased from QVC and using a Low-GI format on the weekends. Will probably move off the NS to Low-GI at the end of the month. I've found NS is a bit cost prohibitive and some of the food is a bit icky - plus I miss cooking.
