Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in.
Lunch: LO Core meatloak with LO Core mashed potatoes
Snack: Royal Gala Apple with 2T Smuckers Natural Peanut butter (points)
Dinner: Core Cola Chicken, Angela's oven fries (points since I already had potatoes), and fresh green beans
