Friday's Fun Menu, January 27, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in.

    Lunch: LO Core meatloak with LO Core mashed potatoes

    Snack: Royal Gala Apple with 2T Smuckers Natural Peanut butter (points)

    Dinner: Core Cola Chicken, Angela's oven fries (points since I already had potatoes), and fresh green beans

  • You call them my oven fries. All I did was find the recipe online one day. But I do love them!

    Lunch: Lettuce, pinto beans, lean ground meat w/ burrito seasoning (0 pts for seasoning), brown rice, ff sour cream, ff cheddar cheese, salsa

    Snack: Plum

    Dinner: Not sure -- going out. I'll post later.

    buffet at work and I actually did very well with it too,,i only ate what i dont make at home and kept everything to one spoonful. didnt have any dessert either. (pts)
