  • I saw another post where a daily food log was shown--maybe it would help one another to show what we are doing...

Will edit to show rest of day later...
  • Hi Jules

i like the idea of sharing what we eat
    so far today I've had
1 serving of oatmeal mixed with 3oz of unsweeten applesause and 2 tablespoons of whey protein powder and 25 oz of water
  • I had Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal and skim milk for breakfast. I'm getting ready to fix lunch, which will be the Greek Chicken Salad with White Beans, except I'm substituting shrimp for the chicken. Hope it's good. I'm planning to have fish and roasted vegetables for dinner, and a snack of almonds.
  • Suzanne - your food day sounds really good...

my parents called and wanted us to meet them for lunch at a mexican resturant...I did good...I had 3 chicken tacos in corn tortilla but only ate one ..the rest of the chicken, lettuce & tomatoes i mixed with my refried beans and only ate a few bites of my rice...had 1/2 cup of grapes for snack...not sure whats for supper yet
  • For breakfast today I had my normal Crunchy Go Lean Kashi cereal -dh poured himself a bowl and didn't like it and skim milk.

For lunch I have an express wrap of rotisserie chicken, mediteranian lettuce mix, cucumber, bell pepper carrots and mushrooms with greek vinigarette on ww tortilla and a banana (I love wave 2!) and...

for dinner I am thinking either beef and mushroom kabobs or mediteranian pork chops...both with rice pilaf and some sort of veggie.

Update-had the Beef and Mushroom Kabobs...absolutely wonderful, with Wilted Spinach w/ walnuts and blue cheese...Mediterannean spiced brown rice (not as successful with that...kind of bland yet) salad and the rest of the reisling. Having a hard time remembering to incorporate the fruit back into my diet now. Had a bananna yesterday and nothing today yet.

btw, I eat better on this meal program then I ever have in my life! This totally beats hamburgers and meatloaf and macaroni and cheese!
