I've recently started walking a lot (19 miles this week with tomorrows 7 mile walk included) and am having trainer 'issues'. I keep getting pins and needles in my feet and it can get so I can barely feel them after about 3 miles.
Any ideas? I've just bought a new pair of trainers, which were properly fitted, as I thought it was the old ones, and don't really want to spend any more money.
