have any of you used a fat blocker?..did it work

There is only one proven Fat Blocker, available only by prescription from your doctor. It is Xenical. I would think that the rest were just hyped-OTC that block $$ from staying in your wallet.

Marbleflys is right of course; they don't work, except for maybe Xenical (had some threads on that as well...)

I have a humble opinion ... the best fat blocker is your discretion armed with wisdom and knowledge. Learn about fats and eat less of them.
That and I'm too cheap to buy this stuff
