  • My goal for the month is 800 minutes. I've never been a big exerciser, but I am trying! I have an exercise bike and some hand weights, and I'm aiming for 20 min/day, hopefully more towards the end of the month.

  • I've been so bad since Thanksgiving, I feel my pre-sbd body coming back...it's only a matter of time...But I'm not going to let it. I am in control of what I put into my mouth and what I do with my body and that will include exercising and not being such a couch potato!

    My goal is ??? hmmm....let's go for 1000 minutes and see if I can get more then that.
