Had my surgeury on the Dec 20th, 2005

    Hello! I just had my surgery and am 6 days out. I'm still in the protein shake stage and feel great!! I know I'll keep my New Year's resolution this year!! Happy New Year!!!

    Congrats Rythem! I hope you have a wonderful New Year. I'm fairly new too. (Had my surgery 10/25/2005.) I only weigh myself at the doctor's and my next appointment isn't until February, but I'm already down 4 sizes. I feel confident for the first time that I can actually donate my bigger sizes to the Salvation Army this time without doing the constant yo-yo-ing.
