    Breakfast--Slim•Fast Optima Ready To Drink Shake



    Snack #1--Pineapple and Cottage Cheese


    Lunch--Slim•Fast meal bar and side salad/ff ranch at cracker barrel


    Snack #2--Slim•Fast Optima Muffin Bar and Tangerine


    Dinner--lean cuisine/ww roll/icnbinb spray/ 2 cups tossed salad/ff ranch

    Snack #3
    # 8 carrots, baby
    # 2 tablespoons salad dressing, ranch, low calorie
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce

    Lunch: LO ww pasta, marinara and mushrooms (I ate all the chicken the other night!)

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with lettuce, tomato salsa, whole pintos, guacamole, and brown rice that I've made at home. I'll have to count points for the rice since I'm having pasta at lunch. Frankly, if it keeps me from eating pastries, I shouldn't have to count points!
  • Here's my plan:

    Breakfast: Maltomeal, milk
    Lunch: SF meal bar, 1/2 turkey sandwich
    Dinner: Lean Cuisine, small salad, 1 slice wheat bread with Take Control margarine

    Snack #1: celery and FF cream cheese
    Snack #2: popcorn and raisins

  • Wow everyone's doing so great - the menus sound yummy too!

    My semi on track day?

    Breakfast: decaf w/cream, 2 pkg instant oatmeal w/sf vanilla syrup & light cream

    Snack: fresh stawberries & blueberries mixed w/probiotic yogurt

    Lunch: smoked trout salad - tossed green salad w/artichokes, real parmesan and olive oil/lemon dressing on the side, 2 white breadsticks, glass of white wine

    Dinner: 2 slices bread w/liverwurst, lettuce, grape tomatoes
    1 slice bread w/margarine, diet pepsi

    Snack: 2 squares homemade white chocolate candy cane bark

    Taste of roast turkey
