Paprika Wings

  • Paprika Wings

    Preheat oven to 350

Chicken wing "drummettes", enough to feed your crowd. Figure at least
    6-8 pieces per person.
    Fresh garlic, crushed
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Paprika

Arrange wings in a baking pan; they shouldn't be touching. Mix the oil
and garlic together, and spoon over the wings, getting a little of the
crushed garlic on each piece. Now sprinkle the wings with salt and
pepper, and then with enough paprika to make them reddish all over.
Roast for about 15-20 minutes, then turn them over and sprinkle the
other side with salt, pepper, and paprika too. Continue roasting for 45
minutes to an hour, turning every fifteen to twenty minutes.

Count 1 g of carb for each clove of garlic, and 2.5 g usable carb for
each tablespoon of paprika -- but you'd have to be making a *lot* of
    wings to use a tablespoonful!
