  • Okay, this will be my first challenge too, but I really want my New Years' resolution to be "to stick with my healthy new lifestyle" instead of "start eating better/exercising/etc" ... So 1500 minutes it is!

  • I was doing soooo good in August, and then dropped off the wagon toward the end of the month because of The Big Move Overseas And Everything That Came With It. This time I'll succeed!
    I have a full-time job right now, and a long commute... so I'm going to aim for a minimum of 1000, set a goal at 1250, and be ecstatic if I hit 1500.

  • Sign me up for 1600 minutes this month. That's what I had last month, and I almost made it - I can do it this month! That will include cardio 5 days/week, weights/strength 3 days/week, and getting my weight to 140 by Dec. 22 (the day I leave for vacation holidays).

    Dec 1 - ran 22 min, walked 98 min = 120 min
    2 - walked 25 min = 25 min
    3 - ran 22 min, walked 27 min, weights/strength 45 min = 94 min
    4 - ran 22 min, walked 98 min = 120 min

  • Hello! Can I join you all? I haven't ever done a challenge here before, I think it would be a great motivator though. My biggest struggle with any diet is just consistency and commitment. I know that if I keep doing my exercise, I will stick to my diet better too...

    Ok, well for December, I really want to hit 1300 minutes and 50 minutes a day is my goal for the month. (I think it will also get me to bronze in the Presidential Challenge. )
