Well, I have an infection somewhere in the depths of my gob.
I'm hoping that's the reason I've been feeling so off-colour lately. I felt the first twinges of pain there about 5 weeks or so ago, but it wasn't really bad so I put off doing anything about it until now. I got told off at the dentist for letting it get so bad!
Anyway,
the antibiotics will shift it.
Thanks for understanding,
Jilly. Yes, the short days do seem to have a draining effect upon me. If I'd wanted weather like this, I would've stayed in the UK!
A ½ pound gain isn't too bad,
jillybean. I'm sure you'll have it back off in no time. I take no notice of fractions of a pound anyway, so I'd have recorded that as maintain.
You're doing so well,
Sandi, what with not caving to the brownies
and chucking half a Twix away! Good show!
I'm impressed with your commitment to exercise,
Beth, especially with the brace.
My "proper" exercise has gone out of the window, I'm afraid. I still aim to get at least 30 minutes of
and/or walking each day, but my exercise DVDs and free-weights are gathering dust as we speak.
