I'm Confused On If We Are Allowed To Have Cream Of Mushroom Soup Or Not, All It Says In My Book Is That It Is Not Allowed With Milk On The 1st Phase. So Can You Have It With Water? I Would Like To Used It In A Few Recipes.

Personally, I think that is a leftover from the days when we were more limited in the amount of milk allowed in phase 1. But maybe Ruth or Laurie would have a better answer.

I was a bit confused myself..my SBD book is an older version. I was delighted when I read this board and learned that not only fat free milk, but plain yogurt is now allowed in Phase 1!
