Heathly version of a bad thing is still a bad thing.
Just because it's "healthier" doesn't mean you can ignore the "serving size"
Case in point - take Kettle chips - sure they are better for you then Lays chips - but not if you eat the whole bag!! 750 calories total
or how about California Kitchen chicken garlic pizza yummmmmmy! : much better for you then meat lovers from Pizza hut - but, once again, not if you eat the whole pizza!! 870 calories
It's a good thing the rest of my day was awesome!! I'm sitting at 2175 calories for the day.. not a terrible thing my max is 1950 calories per day ... but still.
