Finally Friday!! Menu for Nov. 4

  • Are you struggling? Does it seem like you are being SO good but still there's no loss? Well, just think about it ... did one meal make you gain 15 or 25 or 100 pounds? Did one week's worth of eating do it? Or a month? Nope ... it was over a loooooong period of time. It packed on slowly, so it's going to go away slowly. Try and exercise patience and trust that if you (we!!) stick to our respective plans, we will have success.

So, it's still a points day (week?) for me ... but I thought I'd start this anyway.

    B: 1 egg scrambled, bacon
S: SF jello with cool whip
L: rotisserie chicken*, big salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, avocado, sliced hard-boiled egg, and FF italian dressing, carrots and dill dip
S: green olives, colby jack cheese
D: more rotisserie chicken, another big salad but this time with only lettuce, tomato and FF Thousand Island

Also need to drink beaucoup water -- it'll be Monday morning weigh-in before I know it!

*rotisserie chicken = if you are near a Walmart, check their deli to see if they have this flavor of roasted chicken. It's honey jalapeno. At first I didn't like it (bought one by mistake a few weeks ago) but now I really do. It's got a lot of flavor without being really hot.
  • great message, kathy. i don't know what i'm eating tomorrow but i know it won't include donuts.
