Okay I am still on track... but my ticket is leaving today as it's a week off my holidays, a couple of weeks off Christmas and I have 4 Christmas parties over the next 3 weeks.

I am still gonna try and keep on track but I am not weighing myself between now and the end of December, I'll make it more official for the start of 2006!
