Help in need of a buddy asap

  • Hello,

    This is my third day and I just relapsed. For the past 2 1\2 days it has been eggs, chesse and turkey bacon. For snacks it has been cashews and sugar free jello. And lunch a salad. I felt so sick to the stomach today and yep had a small bowl of cereal and of coarse I feel better now. I know phase 1 is tuff but Lord I need help. I guess I need someone who has mastered or at least survived four or more days.
