Silly question...would a nice sized green pepper be 2 veggies or 1? Im making stuffed peppers and usually count it as 2 but was wondering what others thought...

Deets - the menu guide says 1 cup raw, 1/2 cup cooked - I'd count a whole one as one veg - it can't be more than 1 cup??

SO yummy too...I just take ground sirloin, brown rice and some salsa and stuff it in there, bake for a bit and we love it around here Thanks for the help!
