    I depends a lot on the brand. They usually range between 3-5 and mostly settle around 4.

    By using your PointsCalculator or PointsSlider that W/W provides all those who pay for the program. It is based on calories/fat/fiber.

    W/W official formula that is on their patent (which is public knowledge - if you search the patent site) is:

    POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams <capped at 4>/5)
