All-beef hot dogs are one of my favorite low-carb meals however sometimes when I cook them (boiling) they turn out on the "chewy" side. I usually boil them about 4 or 5 minutes.

Is there any way to cook them so they come out more "tender"? Do I need to boil them longer than this? Any suggestions?

I dont know if this will make them less chewy, cuz I dont eat hot dogs, but I do cook them for my son and I saute them in a pan with a little bit of cooking spray and garlic salt until they are a little brown...takes like 4 minutes. It's easy and he loves em!
