    Either I'm having a really bad day or I'm crazy...but I think someone took my lunch??? I couldn't find it anywhere.
  • Shennie - one comment a counselor gave me a couple of weeks ago was cautioning grapes at night - not sure if there is any truth in this, but she was thinking that they're pretty high in sugar, and could cause a bit of water retention?

    1/2 c. broccoli w/ 1/4 t. MLS
    1/2 small sweet potato (S)
    Baked apple*

    I'll substitute something for the LA Lites when I find out from the counselor tonight what I'm supposed to do.

    *This baked apple recipe is one I snagged from WW. It takes 4 medium Golden Delicious apples, 1 cup balsamic vinegar and cinnamon. You core the apples, leaving the bottom intact. Baste the apples with the vinegar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the vinegar. It is said that the vinegar caramelizes with the apples to make a "rich, syrupy glaze." I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good!

I have a yogurt that I can have before and maybe a lite when I get home. If the veggies don't work I might have a salad when I get home.)
