Freaking Out!

    I've been exercising for a little over a week, and I cut down on food intake a little, and I gained weight

    Anyone else having this problem.....

  • Hi. Don't give up. Muscle weighs more than fat and it might be your body's way of adjusting to your new regime. Keep at it and look forward to week 2 and week 3. A few more tips......watch your sodium levels, cut down on your carbs and boost your water intake. I wouldn't be ready to throw in the towel just yet!!!
  • Whoa chicky, take a breath! Our bodies naturally fluctuate in weight. Could your TOM be on the horizon? Just take it easy on yourself and remember, this is not a race. Just stick with it, make even better food choices and keep on exercising, the weight will come off, as long as you don't give up. Good luck!
