Hey everyone! I've looked around a bit and think this will be a great place to be during my journey to a better me.
As of Last Monday (a week ago) I weighed 180. After a week of conscience eating and calorie counting, drinking more water, and attempts to being more active I've lost 4 pounds! Probably mostly water weight but enough to make me wanna keep going. Oh yes, I'm 5' even ( I can get an extra quarter of an inch if I raise my eyebrows )
Eventually, I would like to be anywhere from 120-130. As for now, I'm setting small goals for myself until I'm used to the changes in my lifestyle and I'm going for 170 first.
