    L: salad and turkey sandwich (2 pts), apple
    Dessert: sf/ff pudding and slice of chocolate angel food cake (1 pt)
    S1: fruit cup
    S2: another piece of angel food cake (1 pt)
    D: cola chicken, baked potato, corn on the cob
    S: sf jello
  • Nothing like planning ahead, right?

    Breakfast: 1 pkt plain oatmeal w/splenda, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch - nothing around, but I have some "emergency" core canned soup - probably bean & barley?
    Fruit from home or will buy a fruit salad at work

    Snack: sf/ff yogurt

    Dinner - no idea - need to make a grocery list for dh to go shopping tomorrow!

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese

    Later lunch: salad with feta, strawberries, balsamic vinaigrette dressing
    Dinner: grilled chicken, squash and broccoli

    And a whole lot of water!
