  • b--all bran, fresh blueberries, ff milk, splenda
    l--roast venison, boiled cabbage, chili beans, cornbread muffin (pts)
    s--fresh peach
    d--1/2 sandwich/ff pringles (pts)
    s--2 servings at 2 different times sf/ff banana pudding (pts)
  • ooooops posted on sundays thread,,,Im losing track of days here....lol
  • Easy to do with a Labor Day holiday ... I kept thinking I was late for work this morning! What a great feeling to imagine that you're playing hooky for the day!
  • B - oatmeal w/skim milk
    coffee

    L - sirloin tips w/mushrooms
    baked sweet potato
    diet coke

    D - probably nothing - too full

    S - apple??
    crystal light

  • Not a good day of eating for me! Feeling kinda stressed!

    Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sliced tomato, pumpernickel bagel, decaf w/light cream

    On the road - bottled water

    Lunch: KFC grilled chicken ceaser salad - 1 tsp dressing, bite of kfc chicken - about 6 french fries, diet pepsi, some coleslaw

    Snack: coffee w/cream, 3 COOKIES! (caramel, chocolate pecan - my favorites).

    Then it just goes downhill once we get home: leftover kraft dinner, 2 slices cheese, scoop of ice cream, chips and dip, popcorn, one more cookie - now I am taping my mouth shut and planning a good day for tomorrow!
