No, but they sound fun! I gotta try it when the husband isn't around though as I would to look to foolish until I got the moves down packed.

I love workouts where you dont feel like you are working out and the Jeff Costa tapes qualify. Carmen is really inspiring.
I actually ordered a boa off ebay and its baby pink and adds to the fun.
The S factor tapes are supposed to be good also but I opted not to ante up for those yet.
Hmmm what about putting a pole in my living room for the pole work..now thats a piece of exercise equipment that would get some interest!
