Manic Monday menus and points 8/22

  • OK, I am quick posting this for tomorrow before I get to bed. I'm not trying to be first, just laying my plan out for the day so all I have to do is check things off as I eat them!Things go well when I do this.
    So, here it goes...

    Carrots with ff dressing -- 1

    L:
    HC ham on WW rye with mustard -- 2
    Soy crisps and salsa -- 2

    S:
    Apples and caramel -- 4

    D:
    1 cup MorningStar Farms Veggie Crumble -- 2
    1 oz shredded FF cheese -- 1
    1 cup peas -- 2
    Green beans with B&B - 1

    S:
    FF pudding with ff Cool Whip -- 2
    Smoothie -- 2

    27 out of 30, but I always wind up using every last one so this is bound to change a little.
  • Well, I finally made it in here today. Here's my menu for the day:

    Snack after midnite: ACT II 94% FF popcorn - 1.5
    1 medium nectarine - 1

    Breakfast - Cheerios & Skim milk - 4

    Lunch - 12 oz FF milk - 2.5
    1/4 cup refried beans - .5
    1 cup diced tomatoes - 0
    7 oz cooked extra lean gr beef - 7.5 (too much meat at one time, I know)
    2 sm La Tortilla Factory Whole wheat tortillas - 1

    Dinner - 2/3 Cup home fried potatoes - 3.5
    1.5 cup cooked pinto beans - 6.5
    2 tsp margarine - 2
    1 corn muffin - 3

    Total food points - 33 (target is 26)
    Earned 2 APs for WATP 2 mile

    so i ate a little more than I would have liked today, but WI is Thursday & I had the flex points.
  • Ok, I haven't done this in ages, so here goes!

    Cherry vanilla yogurt (lite 85 brand) 2
    1/2 c honey bunches of oats w/ almonds 1
    Strawberries 1

    L: 6 points
    2 wheat tortillas 4
    1/2 c ff or lf cheese (I don't remember which!) 2
    salsa 0
    broccoli (was NOT in the quesadilla!) 0

    Snack: 1/2 bag of mnms and 18 almonds 6 points


    D: 8 points
    Porkchop cooked with oil, onion, and mushroom 5
    1/2 c Mashed potatoes (instant and YUMMY) 2
    Corn on the cob--only ate half- didn't like it 1

    Snack: NoPudge! Giant Cookies&Cream bar 1 point

    Cocktail: Mikes Hard Berry- I have no idea how many points that is- I counted 3, like a regular beer. Who cares? It was yummy.

    AND I drank all my water and then some.
