Winning Wednesday menu, 8/17/05

  • Breakfast: maltomeal, banana, milk
    Lunch: tuna salad and 5 saltines (1 pt)
    Dinner: rotisserie chicken, corn on the cob, milk

    Snacks if needed: SF jello, WW carrot cake (1 pt), light string cheese (1 pt), unsweetened applesauce

    Goal is at least 6 bottles of water
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

    Lunch: Don't know

    Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

    Dinner: Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms and homemade FF thousand island dressing; Core Chicken Creole; fresh green beans

    Snack: Maybe popcorn
