I just purchased Leslie Sansones - Walk Away The Pounds - Walk And Jog. This is a 2.5 Mile walk.

I also got Leslie Sansones - Walk Away The Pounds - Walk And Kick does anyone know if this is a 1 mile or more? I'm looking into getting the Walk and Abs . I like to keep track of miles walked so any help you could give me would be great! Thanks again

The Walk&Kick video is a 30-minute video so I always assumed it was roughly 2 miles. I've used it in the past and love it!

I am a member of Leslie's Walk Club and this question was asked recently. The answer, from one of Leslie's employees, was that Walk and Kick is 2 miles.
