Thursday Goals for 7/31 - 8/6

  • Hi all,
    My body and mind took today off.
    No drinking water or counting points today. I guess I used all my points plus the 35 extra.

    For Monday -
    I'm going to try eating only 20 points.
    I will exercise to the WW dvd exercise.
  • Tuesday--

    I drank all 8 glasses of water yesterday.
    Today, I'll do the same.
  • Ditto that Tina.

    I am going to drink my water. Also cut back on my diet sodas.
  • For Thursday---

    I'm staying away from diet drinks. I'm sure I can do that for at least one day.
  • Well, I gave in at 9 p.m. tonight and had a Coke Zero.
    I did good all day, though. I didn't even miss one until evening. It was weird, I was getting really cranky and impatient. It dawned on me it was from diet drink deprivation.
    Maybe tomorrow!
  • Its all about the H2O for me today. I was only able to get in 3 glasses yesterday.
