i talked to my doctor today and ask him can i take vitamins and he said yes. he gave me a choice to choose one-a-day or centrum. so which one is best or do yall have a better choice.

They are pretty much the same. I use the store brand of Centrum and save bucks. Just read the ingredients list on the back of the container and see the daily percentages to compare brands.
