  • 30 minutes of pilates this morning

    pj - that sounds like a lot of hard work
  • Monday: 60 minutes of walking
    Tuesday: 90 minutes of walking
    Wednesday: 90 minutes of walking
    Thursday: 30 minute walk, 60 minutes aquacize
  • i walked 2 miles yesterday...and did a 10 min crunch...later i walked 30 min with a resident at work

    today i lifted weights for about a half hour and did yoga for about 15 min
  • 2 mile walk and 15 min of yoga
  • 2 mile walk this morning & some arm weights...low weight, high reps.
  • Friday: 60 minutes walking
    Saturday: 60 minutes aquacize
    Sunday: 40 minute walk, 30 minute bike ride on my brand spanking new bike
  • SAt - short hike up the back of our property - practically straight up hill - uhgh.

    Sun - made the animal rounds in the am (DH off till Mon so he did eve)

    Mon - animal rounds this AM
