Hello everyone, I just wanted to check in on all you guys and see what is going on in the area of the site. I haven't been around 3FC much at all anymore. Long story, but I do like to check in on everyone every once in a while.
Old Alvin is still doing great, keeping up his exercise, and holding his own. He's not loosing any more, but, still..... My friend Pam is about a year out now and she's lost 116 pounds. I haven't seen her for a while, but I will meet her for lunch Thursday. I can't wait to see the change in her.
