    It all depends on what I'm doing and how I Feel. I usually don't listen to music when I'm biking, so I can be more aware of traffic behind me. I like a mix of rap, metal, pop...it has to have a beat, or something about it that makes me want to move.


    It changes, depending on mood and what I'm doing.

  • The entire Green Day - International Superhits record is a favorite treadmill CD. The pacing and order of the songs is absolutely perfect.

    Also, any and all Ramones. Just because they're the Ramones, and you can't help but jump around like a goofball when Joey's singing in your ear.
