Do you hate moldy cheese as much as I do? I read this on another website and tried it and it really works.
Take a paper towel and dampen it with vinegar. Wrap the paper towel around your chunk of cheese and then slip it into a zip lock bag.
I did this a couple of weeks ago with some reduced fat cheese. Last night when I went to use some, it was just as fresh as when I bought it. Not a bit dried out.
