  • This evening I went to the park with my dog, and we walked for about an hour I think. It was beautiful out and it's so nice now that the sun stays up a little longer. Both dog and owner had an enjoyable venture.
  • Where is everyone?

    Monday- nothing
    Tuesday- exercise class at church..taught about 25 minutes of step followed by 20-25 minutes of "regular" aerobics. Then body sculpting(hand weights, leg exercises, and abs)
    Wednesday- Ramp it Up workout(45 minutes includes cardio, weights, leg exercises, abs, just not a long workout, but very beneficial)
  • Thursday- did 2 mile WATP this AM, also have church exercise class this evening. Will probably do 45 minutes cardio followed by body sculpting.
  • Friday- Ramp it Up
