Longing (and planning) for Phase II

  • Hi guys!

    I have another week before I hit Phase II. I'm really excited, and kinda nervous. I'm nervous that my losses will slow, but I know I will have food burnout and fail if I don't move forward and broaden my choices.

    So, I'm just curious how you guys approached Phase II. Did you just add one starch like a fruit or whole grain once per day for a week? Does the increase in fruit do anything to sweets cravings?

    What did you guys add in during Phase II, and how often?

    This is new for me, so any insight you can offer would be MUCH appreciated.

    Just make sure you add slowly, okay? One thing, and do it for a whole week to see how it affects you. Then try a new thing the next week if all is well. Make sure you give a week with each change to really see the effect...if you go too fast, you may miss something. You may gain a little weight while you are figuring things out, but it'll come right off.
