  • I'm definitely in! Gotta love challenges. I'll aim for a 10-pound loss. Should be completely doable, as long as I stick with the exercise and stay OP. I will adjust my start and challenge goal weight on Monday after the Mother's Day Challenge. Good luck everyone!

    Normally I hate challenges, but I'll go for this one. I would like to drop at least 12 pounds by the 4th. A very good friend is getting married on July 2nd, and I'd like to look good for it.

  • Hello Everyone! I'm back OP I had to go off plan due to a nasty stomach virus. I could only hold down bread or rice, well you get the point.
    anyway count me in for the challenge! I was 235 but gained back 2lbs due to back on carbs for a week. I'm not giving up though. I want to lose this weight.
    Today I weighed in at 237lbs. I would like to lose at least 15lbs by July 4th. With a 15lbs. lose I should weight 222 lbs. on July 4th. Actually I hope I lose more, but let me not push it. Ok until later love Wifie
