Mushroom and cheese hamburgers

  • I make these like a hamburger steak, big and satisfying and no bun!!!

    2 pounds lean hamburger
    2 eggs
    1 can mushrooms(drained and rinsed)
    1cup shredded cheese
    2 green onions chopped
    garlic clove crushed (opt)
    black pepper
    montreal steak spice

    Mix ingredients all together and form and ball (the size of you palm) flatten and broil for 10minutes the first side and about 7 the second
    the eggs will be sticky but they keep the cheese and mushrooms from fallening out!Oh and if you prefer add the cheese after broiling first side and when you have 1 minute left on the second side.
