  • Monday- 30 minutes cross trainer, 25 minutes lower body weights. would have done more but i rushed back for a class I ended up skipping anyway. oh the springtime...
  • 45 min lifting weights
  • I'm not real big on coming to this thread but I have been doing my exercise. I went to the Y today for 30 minutes of cardio and 3 sets each on all the weight machines. About an 1 1/2 hours total. It's so hard to go but so rewarding afterwards.
  • Monday - 30 mins walking (3 kms/1.8 miles)
    Tuesday - 30 mins walking (3 kms/1.8 miles)
  • Yay, I finally have something to add!

    Today I did:
    35 mins HIIT elliptical
    Weights: arms and legs
    200 crunches

    whew!
  • Yay everyone! Keep 'em moving! howie, you're right- it really feels good afterwards and it's worth it.

    Tuesday- 39 min elliptical, 35 minutes upper body weights
    Wednesday- 10 minutes row machine, 20 minutes upper body weights, 33 minutes elliptical
  • Monday: 50 minutes step aerobics
    Tuesday: 40 minute walk
    Wednesday: 45 minutes step aerobics, 30 minute walk
    Thursday: 40 minutes step aerobics
