I have discovered Tuna Creations. It's tuna in a packet and they have different flavors. I'm hooked on the hickory smoked tuna. It's 80 calories per serving with 20 from fat. Each packet is 2.5 servings. Just thought I'd share.

Starkist--Blue Package...in NJ they are $1.56 each at Wal-Mart.....I like the terayaki sweet and spicy and the lemon garlic too......mix with egg-beaters and baby spinach for an omelette is sooo good too!
