I'm going to do it this time!

  • Hi all! I am a 24 yr. old mother of two girls. In high school, I weighed roughly 135lbs-140lbs. After having two children, and gaining close to 100lbs with the first pg, I am sitting at 190lbs. I go to the gym, but am not going *regularly*. I go in spurts, and it is not doing any good. I do daycare, so I am fairly busy during the day, but need to get with the program on this weight loss. I am self conscious about my weight, and want to feel good about myself again.
