Move Your Kaboose, 3/28-4/3

  • Post your exercise here, exercise fiends and foes! And a question: how close do you come to meeting the US government's recommended 60-90 minutes of activity on most days? I think they mean everything you do: including housecleaning, walking the dog, gardening, walking to the store, taking the stairs, anything! I'm going to try to keep track this week.

    So far: Monday: Step aerobics (50 minutes), 10 minute walk, 5 minute stair climb.
  • I went to the gym yesterday and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 3.3-3.5 mph. I started getting a major side ache but pulled through and finished. Not sure what's going on with that side ache though.
  • Yesterday I did 20 minutes on my Gazelle I finally did something yay!!
  • ok well maybe posting here will help me keep my goal of 300 min. a week i've been slacking

  • Tuesday: 20 minute walk
    Wednesday: 30 minutes step aerobics, 20 minute walk, 25 minute walk
    Thursday: 30 minutes power yoga, 10 minutes pilates
