    d: pork chops w/sauteed apples & sauerkraut, peas, milk

    L: turkey, swiss, avocado pita sandwich, yogurt
    D: roasted chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, salad w/ balsamic vinegar dressing, and milk
  • B - oatmeal w/skim milk
    L - salad w/egg, apple
    s - sf/ff pudding
    d - pork chops, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, corn
    s - b-day cake for DH - a little tiny piece

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade SF applesauce

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF Borden american slice and ketchup

    Snack: Chocolate banana skim smoothie

    Dinner: Salad, broiled pork chop, sweet potato, 1/2 cup appleasauce, 1 cup cauliflower

    Snack: Popcorn - Wanted it last night but didn't want to eat salty treat the night before weigh in! Can't eat it without salt. I'm a salt addict.
  • do you think eating popcorn before w. i. makes a big difference. I was up over a lb this morning and had popcorn last night late. Comments?
